I have just started taking it myself. I was told that it could take up to 3 months to effectively get into the body's system. I am on month 1. The company I get it from will refund the money if I am not satisfied with the product. So far I see a little improvement,I am walking longer distances, instead of 2 blocks I can go about 7... but the weather is nicer too.
