Summer
So I have fallen off my gym regiment for the summer. I just don't have the time for it. I am still doing some situps and basic weight exercises in the morning, plus I wakeboard which is a workout and a half so overall my body is at a standstill. I have mostly given up soda and sugar drinks and general during the day(I only drink water at work) which is a huge cost savings if nothing else. I highly recomend not drinking soda for any diet or just for health.
