Sugar Drinks

I find since I have cut back on salt my taste is changing. I can now eat more bananas, oranges and other fruits and actually enjoy them. The big challenge for me remaining is still sugary drinks. I cut soda out but I still crave iced teas and fruit juices. I am trying to reduce my overall calorie intake and these sugar drinks are a simple way to cut back. Refined sugar is an addiction similar to smoking I think at this point. Maybe I should try a Fast? I do feel healthier in many ways. I really need to weigh myself again, I am gaining weight but my fat is receding.
